400 ºC/2h belt driven centrifugal fans with a backward curved impeller
400 ºC/2h, belt driven centrifugal fans to operate outside the fire risk zone, backward curved impeller, equipped with an electric motors and a standardised set of pulleys, belts and guards according to ISO-13857.
Fan:
• Sheet steel casing.
• Backward curved impeller in extremely robust sheet steel, specially designed for clean or dusty air.
• Motor mounted on pedestal with motor slide base.
• Belt driven fan.
• With inspection and cleaning hatch from size 560 and up.
• Casing continuously welded from size 800 and up.
• Approved in accordance with standard EN 12101-3, with certificate no.: 0370-CPR-6773.
Motor:
• IE3 efficiency motors.
• Class F motors with ball bearings and IP55 protection.
• Three-phase 220/380 V 60 Hz (up to 4 kW) and 380/660 V 60 Hz (powers greater than 4 kW).
• Maximum temperature of air to be carried: S1 continuous operation -25 ºC +120 ºC. S2 operation, 300 ºC/2h and 400 ºC/2h.
Finish:
• Anti-corrosive finish in polyester resin, polymerised at 190 ºC, after degreasing with phosphate-free nanotechnology treatment.
On request:
• Special windings for different voltages.
• Fan prepared to transport air up to +300 ºC.
